Employee Matching Gift & Volunteer Hours Matching Program

Did you know your gifts and volunteer hours can be turned into a cash gift to the Orange County Boy Scouts of America through your employer’s Employee Matching Gift program?

This means any Scouting based volunteering for Orange County Council, will allow you to ask your employer to donate grant funding to the Orange County Council.  To see the companies that provide volunteer matching grants, visit the Matching Gift Program page on our website.  For example, Boeing provides $10 per hour of volunteer time up to a maximum of $6,000 per employee; Bank of America provides $500 for 100 hours of volunteer time; and Microsoft provides $25 per hour of volunteer time.

** Attention Boeing Employees – Deadline for Matching Gift Program is approaching! The second quarter deadline for submissions is June 30th .
